The explanation wasn't exactly clear as to what it really was...I thought it was a high frequency audio jammer, a surveillance camera and a bug detector but when receiving it--it's actually a detector only period-for bugs, cell phones and surveillance cameras etc detection. I needed a detector anyways due to my neighbor has a listening device on me lately in my apartments plus I am a victim to gangstalking/organized community stalking..they know when I leave and when I wake, So I put this tiny device at my window last nite and faced the lights of the device outward to let the neighbors know I have this. Well at the usual time when they use their listening device on me to hear me move or wake-up 3am-5am it started vibrating. I knew it was working and for some reason the neighbor didn't harass me this morning by putting on the very loud AC/Heater on to let me know I've moved or woken up (creeps). I put my surveillance camera in my cupboard and walk by with it and it went all out vibrating, I disconnected it and walked by again & it didn't vibrate...I guess it does work. The reason for the 4 stars it says it picks up cell phone and blue tooth actually who wants to know if someone is on a cell or blue tooth But the CONFUSING part of it all was when i put the device near our cell phones it did nothing at all. I don't know what it meant by detecting cells????
